I’ve been on a mission lately to help more people understand why they should be blogging for their business.
Personally I love blogging because it allows anyone to have a platform for sharing content and information. You can blog about any topic your like and you’ll do well if it happens to be something that many others are interested in as well.
For me, it is about building business, working from home and making money online. All of this can be done through blogging.
When talking to others about blogging the one statement I hear most often is “oh, I’m not a blogger”
Well, News Flash! Neither was I.
I could read, write, and speak English and actually enjoy writing but in no way considered myself a blogger until I discovered that I could make money online through blogging.
This got me to thinking about the perception of blogging and I realized most people just don’t know what this is all about. The majority of people have no idea they can actually make a nice living this way.
What is a blogger?
A blogger is basically someone that maintains and updates a blog through daily or weekly blogging.
So, What is a blog?
To put it as simply as possible – a blog is a type of website that is usually arranged in chronological order from the most recent ‘post’ (or entry) at the top of the main page to the older entries towards the bottom.
Blogs are usually (but not always) written by one person and are updated pretty regularly. Blogs are often (but not always) written on a particular topic – there are blogs on virtually any topic you can think of. From photography, to spirituality, to recipes, to personal diaries to hobbies – blogging has as many applications and varieties as you can imagine. Source
